by
ANGELA CHANTRY
Day: 13th January 2014
Venue: La Senieta in Moraira
Time: 10.30 am start
Entry: FREE

We all think of Leonardo da Vinci as one of the greatest artists ever, but, besides being a great painter and sculptor he was also an accomplished architect, musician, mathematician, engineer, inventor, anatomist, geologist, cartographer, botanist, and writer.

Leonardo has often been described as the archetype of the Renaissance Man, a man of “unquenchable curiosity” and certainly a man with a “feverishly inventive imagination”.

  • For those who have not attended the U3A Teulada Moraira ART & HISTORY lectures, these are given in the splendid comfort of the main auditorium of La Senieta, the new modern building on the corner of the free public car park in Moraira.
  • No booking is necessary and there is no group to join – just turn up and take a seat.
  • All U3A members are welcome to these FREE lectures.
  • Should you have friends who wish to be placed on our emailing reminders list do ask them to write in. All email addresses are kept as privileged information and are never passed on to third parties.

We wish you all ‘Happy dieting’ after the Christmas and New Year festivities,
Cheda and Brian.
