The next meeting of the Marina Alta Fine Arts Society will be held at the Parador De Javea on Thursday 2nd Feb. starting at 10:30am.

The illustrated presentation for this meeting will be given by the art historian and BBC antiques consultant Anne Anderson.
Anne will be giving us a flavour and feel for artistic life of Paris in the naughty 90’s.

Anne was originally trained as an archaeologist at Leicester University and worked in archaeology before art, antiquities and auctioneering took hold.
Anne is now a senior lecturer at Southampton Solent University involved in the history and theory of interior design & visual culture, she is also a Consultant valuer for BBC programmes on antiques.
